Private family services for Nellie B. Wilson of Waukon were held Saturday, June 23, 1990

Nellie B. Wilson, daughter of John and Bertha (Ewing) Thomas, was born June 2, 1909 in rural Postville. She died Tuesday, June 19, 1990 at the Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital, Decorah.

She received her education in the Evergreen School in rural Allamakee County. A farm between Waukon and Postville was her home for 27 years. Last year she moved to Northgate Manor Apartments, Waukon.

She is preceded in death by her husband; one sister, Ella and one brother, William.

Surviving are a son, Elmer W. Kesselberg, Midway, NC; 2 grandson, Kevin Kesselberg, Columbus, NE and Kenneth Kesselberg, Perley, MN; 3 great-grandchildren, Korri, Mike and Aaron Kesselberg; 2 sisters, Nettie Koons, Dubuque and Ethel Nelson, Cedar Rapids.
