Donald Fitzgerald

Donald F. Fitzgerald of Sun City West, AZ, World War II Veteran of the United States Navy and Former Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, passed away suddenly March 16, 2007 at the age of 79. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 24 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Waukon.

Donald was born in Iowa to the late Florence and Leo Fitzgerald. He attended the Pontifical College Josephinum in Worthington, OH, and graduated from Marquette University and Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Donald is survived by his children, Moira (Peter) Kammer, Molly Fitzgerald (Scott Jenks), Monica (Tim) MacNamara, and Maureen Fitzgerald (Christopher Farwell), as well as his eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and Leo Fitzgerald; his wife Marilyn; his wife Lucille; his brothers John and Daniel; and his sister Virginia.
