CLINTON, Iowa -- Jeanne A. Bresnahan, Clinton, died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus, Clinton. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Waukon. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Waukon. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Schmitz Funeral Home, Clinton. Additional visitation will be one hour before the service Friday at the church. Mrs. Bresnahan employed 10 years as a welder at Collis Co., Clinton, and as a cook at the former Jane Lamb Hospital, Clinton. Jeanne Ferrring was born Aug. 9, 1928, in Waukon. She married John Bresnahan in 1948 in Waukon. He died in 1976. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association. Survivors include daughters, Sherry Munck, Camanche, Patty Mull, Goose Lake, Sheila Taylor, Port Saint Lucie, Fla., and Vicky Pladna, Clinton; sons, Richard, Syracuse, N.Y., Daniel, Seattle, and Robert, Camanche; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Cecelia Bublitz, Mason City, Rita Ward, Waukon, and Virginia Moore, New Albin; and brothers, Monsignor Robert Ferring, Dubuque, and William Ferring, Waukon.
