The hearts of Mr. and Mrs. Hiller Teff were saddened last week when the grim reaper, death, intervened taking from the family circle their infant son, Thomas William, who was born at Chicago, May 21, 1923 and died at La Crosse August 11, 1923. The little fellow of a frail nature and gradually failing in health was taken to St. Francis Hospital where it was deemed advisable to operate, the child survived the ordeal but passed away with convulsions shortly afterward, the body was brought to New Albin Saturday and interment was made Sunday morning in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Rev. Duggan, officiated.

Thomas William will be greatly missed by his parents and grandmother; Mrs Mary Carroll with whom they have been making their home of late.

Relatives from out of town attending the funeral were; Mr. and Mr. Henry W. Teff and family, Mr. and Mrs. Max Teff and Mr. and Mrs. Henry G. Teff of Dorchester, Mrs. L. W. Tanfield and family of La Crosse.
