Fred Blumhagen

BLUMHAGEN, GEBAT, KROGMAN

Fred Blumhagen, son of August and Minnie Gebat Blumhagen, was born on a farm near Castalia on April 19, 1874. He married Bertha Krogman on April 3, 1907, and they made their home on the farm where he had been born. They live there all their lives until following the dearh of his wife, Fred moved with his son, Elmer, to Postville. He died on June 7, 1961.
