Conway, John William, Journalist and Author, of Norton, Kan., was born June 22, 1851, in Portageville, N.Y. He graduated from the Iowa State Agricultural College in 1874; and was previously deputy recorder of Allamakee County, Iowa. Since 1884 he has been the editor and owner of the Champion of Norton, Kan. He is the author of Lancelot and Quinevere, a drama; Thrice Words, a volume of poems; Bob, a short story, and Idyl of the Kansas Wheat Fields; The Science of Sex Control; and other works.
