County engineer Allamakee county, Iowa 1912-14; private practice as construction engineer and land surveyor since 1914; city engineer, Waukon, Iowa, since 1919. Member American Association of Engineers, Iowa Engineer Society. Served as Lieutenant in the World War. Knights of Pythias. Elk. Republican.
