Funeral services for Floyd C. White, 55, who died Friday at his home in Des Moines after a brief illness of pancreatitis. will be at 2 p.m. today in Kearns Garden Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Casket bearers will be H.J. Timmerman, R.A. Moseley, J. Edd Selzer, W.C. Schultz, R.J. Russell and H.A. Laurence all of Waterloo.

Mr. White traveled for a hardware company for many years, moving to Des Moines 18 months ago after a long residence in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, the Masonic Order, Knights of Pythias and United Commercial Travelers.

The son of Alfred and Elizabeth White, he was born January 1, 1884 in Brooks, Iowa. He married Miss Clara E. Clow in Waterloo on December 4, 1906.

Surviving are the widow; three sons, Roger L. of St. Paul, Minnesota, Floyd C. Jr. of Los Angeles, California and Myron D. of Ottumwa, Iowa, a sister, Mrs. George S. Hupp of Los Angeles, California and two brothers, Arthur of Brooks, Iowa, and Fred E. of Chicago, Illinois and two grandchildren. A brother, Frank White, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, preceded him in death.

Mr. and Mrs. C.F. Kurth, 306 Vermont Street are brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
