February 1, 1964, Page 1Funeral services for Mrs. William (Beulah) Shea, 72, will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Malachy's Catholic Church in Creston, Iowa. Rev. Fr. Patrick O'Shea will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Her body is at Coen's Home for Funerals where it will lie in state until time for the services. The Rosary will be said at the funeral home at 8:00 p.m. tonight and at 3:15 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Shea died at the Greater Community Hospital here at 12:05 p.m. Friday, January 31, 1964, after a three week illness.
Beulah White was born at Corning, Iowa, February 9, 1891, She was the daughter of Charles and Amelia Walker White. She was married at Creston, Iowa in 1909 to William Shea. She had lived on a farm in this vicinity since that time.
Mrs. Shea is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Teresa Bender of Creston, five grandchildren and a brother, Carl White of Indianola, Iowa.
She was a member of the Catholic Church and of the St. Malachy's Society and St. Ann's Society.
