HARDIN-BEATH- On Wednesday, November 3, 1897, at the home of the bride's parents in Corning, Iowa, C.O. Hardin and Miss Lura Beath, Rev, W.O. Allen officiating.
The ceremoney was performed at 7:30 o'clock in the evening, in the presence of about forty invited guests, who unite in extending their congratulations and best wishes.
Miss Beath, the bride, is the daughter of our well known townsman, Joseph Beath, and is universally respected. She numbers her friends by the score. The groom is one of the rising young farmers of Prescott township.
He is preparing a new home on his farm, four miles east of Corning. The UNION joins in congratulations.
