Judge Towner Appointed to Board of Examiners

The Supreme Court and the faculty of the State University of Iowa, Iowa City,
appointed Judge Towner on the Board of Examiners for the Law Department of
that institution. By request, he delivered an address before the graduating
class. Judge Towner is very much pleased with institution, the Law Department
of which ranks the best and highest of any in the west. Over 900 students
attend this educational institution annually. Among this years graduates in
the Law School were E. G. Kindred, of Washington township, and D. H. Myerhoff,
of Nodaway. Both of these young men were graduated with high honors and both
have a promising future.
