Herman Ferber, 75, Dies In Orient Home

Herman Ferber, 75, long-time resident of Adair county and a farmer in Prussia township during the active years of his life, passed away Saturday morning at the Case Nursing Home in Orient where he had been cared for the past several years.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Bickford Funeral Home in Greenfield, with Rev. Geo. A.W.Vogel officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery in Prussia township.

Surviving him are his wife, [Addie "Walton" Ferber] who is also a patient in the nursing home, a brother, Henry of Creston, and a sister Mrs. Annie Dorsey of Greenfield.
