Burial Services Here For Mrs.Truelsen 1939

Burial services were held Sunday evening at Greenfield Cemetery for Mrs.Lenore Truelsen, 57, who died Tuesday of last week at Tampa, Florida. Mrs.Truelsen before her marriage was Miss Lenore Homeyer.
The funeral party left Tampa, Thursday. Accompaning the remains were Mrs.P.W.Flickinger of Greenfield, a sister Miss Pauline Truelsen & Mrs. Margaret Vining daughters both of Tampa.
The burial service was in charge of Father Hassey of Winterset.
Serving as pallbearers were M.L.Lydon, Dr.Charles Flickinger, George Handley, George Musmaker Sr., Jim Sheehan & Joe Swift.
Mrs. Mary Rosenbaugh, a sister, & Mrs.Katherine Robinson & daughter, Margaret of St Louis attended the services here.
Dr. Thomas Truelsen, husband of Mrs. Truelsen, was unable make the trip to Greenfield because of failing health.
Lenore Homeyer was born Jan. 8, 1883 at Greenfield, Iowa & passed away at St.Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida Aug.1,1939. She was educated in the Greenfield schools & was a graduate nurse, having taken her training in the Presbyterian Hospital at Omaha, Neb.
She was united in marriage to Dr. Thomas Truelsen Sept.23,1904 & to them were born 2 daughters Pauline of Tampa & Mrs. Margaret Vining of Atlanta, Georgia.
Besides her husband & daughters, she is survived by 2 sisters Mrs. Mary Rosenbaugh of St Louis, Mo., & Mrs. P.W.Flickinger of Greenfield & a brother Charles Homeyer of San Francisco, California.
Requiem High Mass was sung at the Sacred ZHeart Church in Tampa, Florida, Aug. 3rd & a short service at the Cemetery in Greenfield Aug.6th.
