Andrew G. Wyllie
Andrew G. Wyllie, age 94, long time esident of the Bridgewater community, died Saturday, September 9, 1967 at the Adair County Memorial Hospital in Greenfield after a short illness.
He was a native of Streator, Ill. where he was born on Nov. 5, 1872.
During his active years he was engaged in farming.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Maude Patten,who had made her home with her father for the past ten years, four grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Wyllie were held at 2 o'clock Sept. 12 at the Christian Church in Bridgewater with the Rev. Charles H. Showalter officating.
Mrs. Claude Sivadge of Greenfield sang "In the Sweet Bye and Bye" and "Beyond the Sunset" accompanied by Mrs. Donald Hogan of Greenfield.
In charge of floral tributes were Mrs.Treva Ford, Mrs. Bertha Kembery, Miss Gertrude Kembery and Mrs. Grace Weaver.
Burial was in the Garner Cemetery at Bridgewater.
Bearing the remains to the final resting place were Lee Bloom, Otis Ford, John Hinck, Maurice Kembery, Jack Maeder and George Tucker.
