Andrew Scott Graden

Andrew Scott Graden, son of Thomas and Lilly Graden was born in Bridgewater, Iowa on June 2, 1883 and passed away April 5, 2964, at the Swedish Hospital in Denver, Colorado, after a short illness at the age of 80 years, 10 months, and 3 days.
He was married to Hazel King Dec. 29, 1909 at Madison, South Dakota and to this union one daughter, Mildred was born.
Most of his life was spent farming in Nebraska. They moved to Denver, Colorado in 1954 where he resided until his death.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Wilsonville, Nebr. and recently received his fifty year Jordan Medal.
He was a kind and loving husband and father, and respected by all who knew him.
To the world he was a man without a creed.
But to the ones who knew his every deed, he was a child of God.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, David of Clive, Alberta, Canada and James of Bridgewater.
He is survived by his wife Hazel, the daughter, Mildred, and son-in-law Dale Ritz, two brothers, Robert H. of Wilsonville, Nebr. and George B. and a sister, Mary Sexton , both of Yucapia, California.
Also mourning his death are several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the Olinger Mortuary April 8, with Masonic interment at Crown Hill Cemetery by Memorial Lodge No. 1--A.F. and A. M. as a coutesy to Valley Lodge NO. 98 A.F. and A. M. of Wilsonville, Nebraska.
Relatives from out of Denver were Mr. and Mrs. George Graden, Yucaipa, California, Mrs. Paul Watson and childrens of Redlands, California, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Graden of Wilsonville, Nebr., Mr.and Mrs. Lloyd Pinion and daughter of North Platte, Nebr. John Sexton of Costa Mesa, California, Mr and Mrs. Gordon Morgan of Tracy, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Virgil King < Chillicothe, Ill., Ray King of Rutland, S. D., Mr. and Mrs. Robert HUnter, Loveland Colo.
