Died, at her home, in Lee township, on Sunday, February 9th, 1896, Mrs. Elizabeth Abbott, aged about sixty-seven years. Mrs. Abbott has lived in this community, or near here, for a good many years, and has always been respected as a good, honest, kind-hearted Christian woman. She leaves a large family of children and step-children to mourn her loss, of which most all of them were at her bed side when she died. The funeral will take place on Monday at 9 o’clock at the house, and from there the remains will be taken to the last resting place in the Spaulding cemetery.
