From Hebron

Died, at his home in Hebron, February 15, 1898, John Augustine; age 69 years, 7 months, and 16 days. Mr. Augustine was born in Germany July 3, 1828. He came to this country in 1836, and was married to Miss Mary Kinsinger in Ashland county, Ohio, to whom were born eight children—six are still living, four children being present at the funeral. The funeral was held in the M. E. church at Hebron, Thursday at 1 o’clock. Rev. O. E. Brown preached the funeral. A large crowd followed the remains to their last resting place. Mr. Augustine was a member of the church for some time. He will be greatly missed by a large number of people as he has lived here quite a while.
