HERE AND THERE

A family dinner was enjoyed Sun-
day at the J. G. Schirm home honor-
ing Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Winkelman.
Donald, Grace and Clara of Oelrichs,
S. D., who came Thursday for a visit
with relatives in Adair and vicinity.
Those present at the affair were Mr.
and Mrs. Chas. Stonebraker and fami-
ly, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bireline and
family, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Bireline
and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Chas.
Faga and daughters, Mr. and Mrs.
Fred Schirm and son, Mr. and Mrs.
Fred Vokt and son, Mr. and Mrs. Theo.
Wedemeyer and children, Mr. and Mrs.
A. F. Bireline, Joachim, Gretchen and
Richard Hammann, Grace and Leona
Bireline of Ames, Dan Crees of Cedar
Rapids, Glenn Bireline, Harry Magill
and the honored guests. Mr. and Mrs.
Alfred Franz and children of Bray-
ton called in the afternoon. The
Winkelman family departed for their
home in the afternoon with intentions
of spending the night at the H. P.
Winkelman home at Milford.
