To my son John P. Walsh, Undivided 4/7ths of the NW 1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 32 township 99 Range no. 4 west of the 5th PM. Except one acre sold Ernst Muller and excepting one and half acres sold for church purpose and one half acre sold school district and subject to the public highway through said premises. The undivided 3/7ths of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 32 township 99 range no. 4 west of the 5th P.M.
3) All my personal property that John Walsh shall take care of his mother during life.
