Know ye that I, C. S. Stilwell, of Waukon, Allamakee
County, Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare
this instrument to be my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking a former will so far as the same may
conflict herewith; that is to say.
1st. I direct that all my just debts that may be
proven be paid out of my personal estate if
sufficient, not including my law books and furniture
in the office.
2nd. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
daughter Mary F. Stilwell, my homestead consisting of
Lots 1 and 2 in Block 10 in Delafield's Addition to
Waukon, Iowa, together with the household goods
contained therein.
3rd. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
daughter Cornelia I. Wildman, Lot 8 in Block 10, in
Delafield's Addition to Waukon, Iowa.
4th. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my four
sons Charles E. Stilwell, Cornelius H. Stilwell,
Calvin S. Stilwell and Lewis B. Stilwell, the South
third of Lot 10 in Block 9, of the Original Plat of
Waukon, Iowa.
5th. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
daughter Jessie S. Barthell, the pearls and gems now
in my safe in the office, the same more as a token of
love than for its intrinsic value, she being so well
provided for already.
6th. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my sons
Cornelius H. and Lewis B. my interest in lands in Box
Butte County, Nebraska, consisting of the undivided
one-half of Section 14, Township 25, Range 50.
7th. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my son
Charles E. Stilwell Lot 7 in Block 10 in Delafield's
Addition to Waukon, Iowa.
8th. I hereby direct that my personal estate, if any
remain, be distributed as provided in Bills of Sale
of the same as may be made.
9th. I hereby nominate my sons Cornelius H. Stilwell
and Calvin S. Stilwell executors of this will.

We, the undersigned, witnesses, hereby certify that
we were present and saw the said C. S. Stilwell sign
his name to the foregoing instrument and heard him
declare the same to be his last will and testament
and at his request we signed the same as witnesses in
his presence and in the presence of each other, on
this 20th day of January, A.D, 1917.

I, Wm. F. Shafer, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, do
hereby certify that on the 29th day of Nov. A.D.,
1921, the foregoing instrument was by the said court
duly allowed and admitted to probate as the last will
and testament of C. S. Stilwell, deceased, late of
aforesaid county and state, its execution as such
being at that time duly proven according to law.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the Seal of said court at Waukon, Iowa, this
29th day of Nov. 1921.
