I, Christ Ruckdaschel, of Postville, Allamakee County, Iowa, of the age of 67 years and being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, which I may own at the time of my death, as follows, that is to say;

First. To my wife, Katharina Ruckdaschel, I give my home to be her own property absolutely in fee simple, situated as follows, Lot 1 of Lot No. 26 in the South West Quarter of Seciton 33-96-6 in the town of Postville, Iowa.

Second. To my wife, Katharina Ruckdaschel, I give Five Thousand Dollars to be paid to her in cash before six months have elapsed after my death.

Third. To my sons, Fred C. Ruckdaschel, Walter Ruckdaschel, Victor Ruckdaschel and my daughter, Alma Oldag, I give the residue of my property, real and personal, each to receive an equal share and share alike. If the death of my wife takes place before my death, then my entire estate shall be divided in equal shares among Fred C. Ruckdaschel, Walter Ruckdaschel, Victor Ruckdaschel and Alma Ruckdaschel Oldag.

Fourth. I hereby nominate Fred C. Ruckdaschel, Walter Ruckdaschel, Victor Ruckdaschel, Executors of this my Last Will and Testament without bond.

In witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name this 30th day of August, 1929.
