I, Anna Goettel, of the Town of Blue Earth, Faribault
County, State of Minnesota, do make this my last will
and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me
at any time made.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and
personal which I may own at the time of my death, as
follows, that is to say:
Item 1. I direct that all just debts and claims that
may be against me at the time of my death, including
the expenses of my last sickness and burial shall be
first paid out of my estate.
Item 2. To my daughter, Laura Hacklander, I give and
bequeath the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00),
which, together with the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars
($800.00) already paid to her as an advancement, will
make a total of Twelve Hundred Dollars.
Item 3. My daughter, Clara Sydow, has received the
sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) as an
advancement.
Item 4. My son, Aaron Goettel, has received the sum
of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) as an
advancement.
Item 5. My son, Daniel Goettel, has received the sum
of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) as an
advancement.
Item 6. To my daughter, Anneta Roggensack, I give and
bequeath the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00),
which, together with the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars
($900.00) already paid to her as an advancement, will
make a total of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00).
Item 7. To my daughter, Minnie Franklin, I give and
bequeath the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00),
which together with the sum of Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00) already paid to her as an advancement, will
make a total of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00).
Item 8. My daughter, Esther Doescher, has received
the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) as an
advancement, and also an additional sum of Six
Hundred Dollars ($600.00), and I hereby direct that
she shall receive Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) less
from the residuary estate than the other heirs,
except my son Aaron Goettel, as provided in Item
Twelve (12) of this will and testament.
Item 9. It is my intention that all my heirs at law
shall receive the equal sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars
($1200.00), over and above the distributive share of
each in the residuary estate.
Item 10. I give and bequeath to the Home Mission of
the Evangelical Association of America, the amount of
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
Item 11. As soon after my death as my executors shall
deem expedient to do so, I authorize and direct them
to sell my house and lot, to-wit: Lot Number Nine (9)
in Block Number Sixty-four (64) in Blue Earth,
Faribault County, State of Minnesota, and which I
own, at such price and upon such terms of payment as
to them may seem most advantageous, and that they, as
soon as my be collect or sell for cash, all notes and
accounts belonging to my estate.
Item 12. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, including the real and personal property, I
give, devise and bequeath to be equally divided among
my heirs at law, hereinafter named, upon this
condition: that my daughter, Esther Doescher, shall
receive Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) less, and my
son Aaron Goettel, shall receive Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) less than the other heirs; all said named
as follows: Laura Hacklander, Clara Sydow, Aaron
Goettel, Daniel Goettel, Annetta Roggensack, Minnie
Franklin and Esther Doescher.
Item 13. I hereby nominate Waldo Hacklander and
Daniel Goettel to be the executors of this my last
will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I have to this my last will and
testament consisting of Two (2) sheets of typewritten
paper, subscribed my name this 30th day of April
1932.

1932, at Blue Earth, in Faribault County, State of
Minnesota, Anna Goettel, to us personally known, did,
in our presence, sign the foregoing instrument and
declare the same to be her last will and testament;
and we, at her request, and in her presence and in
the presence of each other, do hereunto subscribe our
names as witnesses thereto.
