Joel Rawhouser, an old resident of Marshall township, and a pioneer of Louisa county, died Saturday with pneumonia, aged about 82 years old. The funeral services occurred on Monday from the U. B. church in Columbus City, Rev. Mullen, a minister of the Church of God, conducting, of which Mr. R. was a member. He was converted in early life and united with the U.B. church as stated above. He was a devoted christian and a kind father, and will be greatly missed. The interment was in Columbus City cemetery.
